You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You are not legally prohibited from gambling, and you are not acting on behalf of a third party when using our services.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account with spay4d. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. This policy exists to prevent bonus abuse, fraud, and money laundering activities.
To create an account on spay4d, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees and pending obligations.
spay4d supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, and popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits made through Indonesian bank transfers during banking hours are typically processed instantly. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance. spay4d does not charge fees for deposits, but your financial institution may impose transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7 through your account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), and you must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. First-time withdrawals require additional verification and may take longer to process.
spay4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment method and financial institution. Bank transfers typically take 1-3 business days, while e-wallet withdrawals may be faster.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are specified in the cashier section.
spay4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. All bonus decisions are final.
Requesting a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. Only your original deposited amount will be available for withdrawal.
All bets are subject to acceptance by spay4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of betting limits. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your account history, it becomes valid and binding.
For sports betting including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports, settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. Bets are settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In cases of abandoned or postponed matches, specific market rules apply as outlined in our sportsbook terms.
During live betting, odds change rapidly based on match events. There may be a brief delay between bet placement and confirmation due to odds updates. If odds change significantly before your bet is confirmed, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
All casino games including slots, live dealer games, and table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Game results are final once displayed. In rare cases of technical malfunction, affected game rounds may be voided, and stakes returned.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game results, or account transactions, you must notify spay4d customer support within 14 days of the disputed event. We will investigate the matter and make a final determination. Our decision is binding. Technical errors, obvious mistakes in odds display, or system malfunctions invalidate affected bets.

No compensation will be provided for temporary service unavailability.
The spay4d platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, spay4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party game providers. spay4d is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and services. Access to third-party content is at your own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming platforms serving Indonesian users. By using spay4d, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction for resolution of disputes.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting spay4d customer support. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to resolve disputes with spay4d on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration proceedings.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
